Magriform Ema from Dietmed reduces appetite and acts as an intestinal regulator with a mild laxative action. It is recommended to add 2 tablespoons well filled and approximately half a liter of boiling water. Wait 4-5 minutes and drink hot or chilled tea with ice cubes. You do not need to add sugar.
