Bonusan Magnesium Citrate 150 mg Plus is a magnesium supplement in its organic citrate form. Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets daily during or immediately after meals. It is recommended to divide the daily dose into several servings. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for children under 1 year. Magnesium may produce a laxative effect at doses of 250 mg or more. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
