Magnesium Chloride Benefits: Very effective against fatigue and tiredness Prevents typical winter illnesses How to take magnesium chloride? Dissolve between 20 to 25 g (1 scoop) of product in a liter of cold water and drink it daily as a general preventive measure. Adults and children over 5 years: 12.5 cl (one cup) as a prevention method. Children aged 4: 10 cl daily Children aged 3: 8 cl Children from 1 to 2 years: 6 cl Babies over 6 months: 3 cl Babies under 6 months: 1.5 cl Magnesium Chloride Precautions : It can have a laxative effect. In that case, reduce the dose without stopping and the laxative effect will disappear within a few days. Do not consume in case of kidney problems, high blood pressure, hemophilia and corticotherapy. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
