Magnesium carbonate powder 110 g

In the stomach, it acts as a local antacid, neutralizing hydrochloric acid. Its effects are slow but prolonged and, since it is not a very strong alkalinizer, there are no risks of alkalosis, nor does it hinder proteolytic digestion. In the intestine, and in sufficient quantities, it acts as a mild laxative, by osmosis. It usually takes effect 4-12 hours after ingestion, without causing colic or irritation. As a supply of magnesium, mainly for bones. It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon a day (approximately 1.1 g). For your convenience, use the spoon inside the package. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or for a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in cool, dry conditions. Once opened, keep the container tightly closed.
