Lamberts MagAsorb provides highly bioavailable magnesium in the form of citrate, as it is the form most easily absorbed by our body and has abundant scientific studies supporting its use. Recommended from the age of 5 for all those who need to strengthen their immune system. It acts as an antioxidant. Recommended for adults: Mix 1 heaped teaspoon (5.5 grams). Recommended for children: 8-16 years (2.5 grams). Children: 4-8 years (1 gram) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Mix with cold water. Can be taken with or without meals.
