Macula-Z Gold is a food supplement whose composition allows a reasonable contribution of antioxidants. Lutein and zeaxanthin: Lutein is one of the components of the retina and the lens. They are two yellow pigments from the family of essential carotenoids, since they are not synthesized by the human body. Vitamins B2, C and E: These are essential antioxidants (not synthesized by the body) that help protect cells from oxidative damage. Selenium: It is a mineral substance, coenzyme of glutathione peroxidase, involved in numerous antioxidant physiological mechanisms. It contributes to protecting cells against oxidative damage. It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day, which will be left to dissolve gradually on the tongue. Respect the recommended doses. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
