Raab's Lupine Soup is a combination of lupine protein and selected spices for a delicate soup with a high content of vegetable protein, especially suitable for athletes, vegetarians and vegans. Raab's Lupine Soup is made from lupine seeds, a protein-rich legume that originates from the Mediterranean. It has a content of 43% protein and all eight essential amino acids. It has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids. This valuable source of high-quality protein is especially interesting for athletes, vegans, vegetarians and flexitarians and is ideal for preparing smoothies, mueslies, protein shakes, soups, sauces and desserts. Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscles and the normal maintenance of bones. It is recommended to mix 2 tablespoons (approx. 20 g) of lupine protein with 250 ml of liquid, such as juice, soy milk, spelled or oat milk. To make breads and cakes you can substitute up to 25% of your regular flour for lupine protein. Lupine protein is an ideal complement to enrich shakes, soups, smoothies or sauces. People who have an allergic reaction to legumes (especially peanuts ) should avoid consuming lupin protein, as there is a risk of cross-reaction.
