The Montalto Luffa Sponge is a completely natural sponge, obtained from a vegetable similar to courgette, grown in Calabria, therefore a made in Italy product. This sponge offers an exfoliating effect for naturally regenerated skin. Thanks to its action it stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, fights the orange peel skin, eliminates the hairs under the skin, performs a peeling action and gives energy to the whole body. Use in the shower to stimulate the microcirculation starting from the ankles and massaging from the bottom up. Dry brushing: massage on dry skin starting from the foot and making movements from the bottom upwards, repeating the movement on the same area several times. In areas where cellulite occurs, make circular movements counterclockwise applying less pressure on the affected area. On the stomach, make circular movements in a clockwise direction and gently rise towards the chest. For the arms start from the hands and then finish on the shoulders. For resistant skins: use the dry loofah sponge. You will get a deeper exfoliation. For delicate skin: we recommend using the sponge lightly moistened. You will get a gentle peeling.
