The Lurch Long Stainless Steel Tango Spatula is an angled or elbowed spatula, ideal for making pastry recipes that allows you to spread creams, glaze cakes and transport them. With ergonomic polypropylene handle. This staggered pastry palette makes it easy to spread and smooth icings, ganaches, creams and toppings on cakes, tarts and biscuits, while also transporting them easily and safely. The polypropylene handle (safe material free of BPA and phthalates) provides an ergonomic and non-slip grip, allowing the spatula to be used precisely and comfortably. In addition, at the end of the handle there is a ring to hang the spatula and take up less space. Characteristics of the stainless steel pastry palette - Lurch 18/8 stainless steel pastry palette and polypropylene handle, safe BPA free material. Does not transmit odors or flavors to food. Total length of 37 cm and 3.5 cm in diameter. Ergonomic easy-grip handle with hanger at one end. Dishwasher safe. It is recommended to be used for stirring desserts and spreading fillings and toppings on cakes, biscuits and tarts. Store in a cool, dry place
