Milk thistle is a plant native to Europe, the United States, and South America. Its fruits and seeds have been used for over two thousand years as a liver and bile duct purifying agent. Each Liverubin Plus capsule contains 200 mg of milk thistle. Silymarin is an antioxidant found in milk thistle that helps neutralize free radicals that can damage liver cells. Its main effect lies in its increased liver protein synthesis by stimulating polymerase I and RNA transcription, and it causes an increase in the production of new liver cells to replace those damaged by hepatotoxins. - Curcumin, one of the main derivatives of turmeric, helps support digestive health thanks to its antioxidant properties. Each Liverubin Plus capsule contains 150 mg of turmeric. The turmeric used in Liverubin Plus has its own identity: it's called Curcumin G311.
