Lipicontrol is a food supplement based on red yeast rice, milk thistle and lipoic acid that help reduce lipoproteins in the blood. Some of these naturally occurring substances are similar (and in some cases identical) to "statins", synthetic drugs used to control blood lipoprotein levels and whose activity focuses on blocking the production of endogenous lipoprotein. It is recommended to take 3 capsules with main meals or as directed by a professional. Food supplement based on phytosterols, plant extracts, red yeast rice and lipoic acid. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. The daily intake of 3 mg of monacolins from red yeast rice should not be consumed.
