Levior Herbal Tea 150 g of powder

Levior High Nature Herbal Tea is a blend of the best medicinal herbs. Herbal tea with a blend of Frangula, Senna and Mallow herbs that gently promote the regularity of intestinal transit. Licorice helps improve the functionality of the digestive system. Fennel and Coriander promote digestive function by regulating gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas. It is advisable to pour a spoonful of herbal tea in 250 ml of water, bring to a boil, reduce the flame and boil for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the infusion covered to rest for 15 to 30 minutes. Filter and drink, preferably in the evening. If needed, you can bring the dose to two tablespoons. The herbal tea already has a pleasant taste that can be enriched by adding a teaspoon of honey or sugar (preferably cane) to improve its flavor.
