Lactoben from Nutritional System help improve digestion in people with problems digesting lactose. Lactose is a sugar present in dairy. Our digestive system produces the enzyme lactase, which helps the small intestine digest lactose and transform it into glucose and galactose. Tolerance to lactose varies from one person to another and therefore, the dose must be adjusted depending on the amount of lactose consumed and the degree of tolerance. Tablets containing 9000 FCC of Lactase, useful for people with high levels of lactose intolerance. It is recommended to start with one tablet and increase the dose if necessary, do not exceed the 6 tablet mark. Consume with each product that contains lactose, with the first bite. Repeat the administration if dairy products continue to be consumed within 30-45 minutes. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
