L-Lysine from Lamberts is an essential amino acid, and therefore it is one of the eight amino acids that our bodies cannot manufacture, so we are totally dependent on acquiring them through our diet to provide enough lysine. Lysine is used by the body in many ways, particularly for the formation of collagen, the most abundant protein in the body. LAMBERTS® amino acids are in “free form,” meaning they are ready to be absorbed and utilized by the body (they do not need to be digested). Take 1 tablet daily with water or fruit juice. It's best to take amino acids half an hour before any meal or just before going to bed. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not recommended for children, growing adolescents, or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of small children.
