L-Carnitine is also involved in the thermogenesis of brown fat, through which it is possible to release energy in the form of heat. Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), for its part, contributes to normal energy metabolism. It is recommended to take one vial a day, diluted in water, preferably in the morning.
