Description

Pinisan kukicha tea is a tea of Japanese origin, which is prepared from the twigs and stems of the tea plant, instead of using the leaves as usual. Kukicha tea is a tea with a low theine content and has a large amount of vitamins, tannins and mineral salts. A glass of Kukicha tea contains six times more calcium than a glass of cow's milk. Contains Zinc, Selenium, Manganese and Fluoride. It provides more than twice the amount of vitamin C than orange. It also has Vitamin A and B. Low in theine and caffeine. It provides catechins (flavonoids) that are antioxidants. Put 1 teaspoon of these leaves per cup. Add boiling water. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Filter. Contains caffeine. Store in a dry and cool place.
