APPLICATION:If you apply the powder to the entire nail, choose a color and before curing it, apply the powder where you want with a brush After completing the design, cure in order to stabilize it. Finish the process with Top Coat No Wipe or Top Coat.If you want to achieve a sugar effect, apply the powder on top of Top Coat No Wipe before curing it and then cure for 60''.An additional use would be to choose only the sequins from the jar and apply them for a completely different result.
