Description

Kombu has a very mild flavour and a thick, meaty texture. It is rich in protein, fibre, vitamin B, vitamin C and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and iodine. They help reduce water retention, detoxify and protect the stomach from acidity. It is a special ally against lipoproteins and for the well-being of the immune system. It is recommended to boil them for 10-15 minutes in water with a little salt before use. They can be used to season rice, stews, soups, croquettes or sandwiches. They can be lightly roasted in the oven to enhance their flavour, and then crushed in a mortar to obtain a delicious sauce. Store at room temperature. EN-ECO-022-GA
