Professional cast iron meat grinder 32 byKINGHOFF. Requires permanent mounting to the countertop. Made entirely of cast iron.This version of the machine is suitable for both an electric motor and a manual drive. The most important part of the machine is a perfectly fitted worm wheelmounted on a bearing which, when set in slow rotation (driven manually by a crank/wheel or by an engine), moves pieces of meat towards the knives rotating with the worm wheel, chopping the meat pressed through a disc with small holes with sharp edges. The machine is solidly made, functional and easy to clean. Made entirely of cast iron, which ensures high durability and strength. The machine is adapted for an electric motor It hasa bearing on the screw.
