Kanten in fiocch i (for jellies) By La Finestra Sul CIelo the algae are harvested in autumn, dried in the sun and then transported to the Nagano mountains, where they will be transformed into Kanten during the winter. Cooked for hours until they turn into jelly, they are filtered and cooled and are then exposed to the cold winter air which dries them completely, without resorting to artificial treatments. It is recommended to add 8-10 g of Kanten for each liter of liquid. Boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
