This definitive Kalymnos guidebook covers all the rock climbing, and sport climbing on the island of Kalymnos in Greece. In total there are 99 different rock climbing areas (61 in the book and a further 38 with the accompanying App).  It describes over 4,200 routes ranging from F3a to F9a.  As always, the guidebook has been compiled with care and passion by longtime locals, Katie Roussos and Aris Theodoropoulos. All the routes are shown on good clear colour photo topos complete with a description and the height of the route.  At the start of each area there is brief description of the style of climbing to be found, along with detailed approach information, GPS coordinates, and QR codes for the parking.  Also included is information about crag orientation, along with how much sun, shade and wind are to be expected.  There is a crag summary at the beginning of the guidebook that gives additional information regarding approach time and the best season to climb. This guidebook is in English text throughout and was published in November 2024 (revised edition) by local climbers.  Through these local climbers, a large part of the profit from this guidebook goes back into the local community, development of new routes and crag maintenance.
