Junior Vit by Health Aid is formulated to help provide many of the additional vitamins, minerals, and trace elements necessary to help maintain healthy growth and development. Ideal for children who do not get enough nutrients from their diet due to poor eating habits, who lack energy, mental stimulation, concentration, who have difficulty swallowing tablets, who do regular sports activities at school, who are on medication or in recovery for some condition. It is recommended for children over 2 years of age to take one chewable tablet daily with food. For children over 6 years of age, the recommended dose can be increased to two chewable tablets daily with food. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
