Alegria & Harmonia de Salus is a delicious infusion of Bach flowers, whose fruits and spices have been carefully chosen and combined with the following Bach flower essences: vervain, wild oats, olive, larch, holly and mustard. A delicious fruit infusion with delicate touches of spices based on Dr. Bach's floral philosophy, whose blend of flower essences provides a stable and positive attitude, to help develop your own potential and recognize inner harmony. It is recommended to put the sachet in a glass and pour about 200 ml of boiling water, let it stand for about 8 minutes and remove the sachet, drink two to three cups of tea a day. Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light.
