It is a food supplement with sweetener. Take the contents of one ampoule after a meal. It can be taken directly or dissolved in 100 ml of water or juice. Shake before opening the ampoule. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Contains caffeine: (13.66 mg/ampoule). Do not use in case of antihypertensive treatment. Stop using the product if you feel agitated or nervous. It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are already consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breast-feeding women, or by children under 18 years of age. It should not be taken on an empty stomach. A daily amount of 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin-3-gallate should not be consumed. Store in a cool, dry place.
