Thyme Infusion of Santiveri, is a product based on natural ingredients made with selected, harvested and dried thyme so that its qualities and active ingredients are preserved to the maximum. This is the case of thyme, a perennial herb with multiple health properties. It is rich in minerals, essential oils, flavonoids, tannins and vitamins, and has a characteristic aroma. Santiveri products meet the highest quality requirements, thanks to careful cultivation, selection of the most suitable plants and demanding analytical controls that guarantee product quality. Medicinal plants can be prepared as an infusion or decoction. Infusion is the recommended way to obtain the active ingredients from the weakest parts of the plant such as leaves and flowers, while decoction is the most recommended way if the used part of the plant is hard parts such as stems or bark. In any of the two forms of preparation and personal taste you can add a sweetener, such as honey. It is recommended to use a sachet in a cup of boiling water, let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Drink preferably in the morning or at night, warm or hot depending on personal taste.
