Incredible Bio Fruit Oatmeal by Origens Bio is a mixture of oat flakes and dehydrated fruit that is prepared instantly, giving rise to a porridge. It has a high fiber content and is composed only of natural ingredients, without artificial flavors, additives or sweeteners or added sugars. - Porridge: 5 tablespoons + 140 ml of vegetable drink or milk + mix + 1 minute in the microwave. - Yogurt: 1-2 tablespoons + mix. - Smoothie: 1-2 tablespoons + 250 ml of vegetable drink or milk + fruit to taste + smoothie. Contains cereals with gluten. May contain traces of peanuts, soy, milk and dairy products, nuts, sesame seeds, sulphites and sulphur dioxide and lupins.
