Incredible Organic Chocolate Oatmeal from Origens Bio is a mixture of oat flakes, chocolate chips and cocoa powder that is prepared instantly, giving rise to a porridge. It has a high fiber content and is made only with natural ingredients, without flavours, additives or artificial sweeteners. - Porridge: 5 tablespoons + 140 ml of vegetable drink or milk + mix + 1 minute in the microwave. - Yogurt: 1-2 tablespoons + mix. - Smoothie: 1-2 tablespoons + 250 ml of vegetable drink or milk + fruit to taste + smoothie. Contains cereals with gluten. May contain traces of peanuts, soy, milk and dairy products, nuts, sesame seeds, sulphites and sulphur dioxide and lupins.
