Adaptabé by Ele2Pharma is a Rhodiola Rosea-based Food Supplement that contributes to optimal mental activity and helps reduce fatigue and irritability caused by stress This product improves cognitive functions, learning and memory and stimulates resistance to physical and emotional stress due to its dual action of cognitive stimulation and psychostimulatory emotional relaxation in patients with neurosis and asthenic syndromes (of functional and organic origin). It contributes to alleviating asthenia symptoms such as fatigue, decreased work capacity, difficulty falling asleep, lack of appetite, irritability and headaches. It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules in the morning after breakfast. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. This medicine should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women as it has not been tested; it should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
