Description

Ebers St. John's Wort is a herbaceous plant native to Europe and Central Asia. It was already used in antiquity as a remedy for all somatic and psychic ills. Its flowering tops contain an active ingredient, hypericin, to which the antidepressant and soporific effects of the plant are essentially attributed. It works by causing a global effect of the normalization of the neurotransmitters involved in mood modulation, contributing to emotional balance. It is recommended to take 1 tablet before breakfast, lunch and dinner (3 a day). Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
