Grip: The 30mm diameter crossrolled knurled antislip grip area provides a firm hold, ensuring safe training without slipping. 4. Precise Dimensions for Professional Training: The 165cm long barbell weighs about 14.6 kg, with an inner spacing of 104 cm, and is equipped with two 28cm long barbell plate holders. Each 30mm thick grip area has 20 cm of knurling to ensure a secure grip and fit 50mm diameter barbell plates.
