Murian Rosemary honey is of excellent quality, endorsed by the numerous awards it has received in various national and international competitions. It has a light amber color. It has an intense but soft, characteristic aroma. Medium persistence, floral with camphoraceous tones. If it contains almond tree, the nasal aromas increase. If it is rich in legumes, the aroma is floury. Sweet taste, sometimes with slight acidic notes. Besides being a sweetener, honey has beneficial properties. Excellent Mediterranean aroma to enjoy at the table. It is recommended alone or dissolved in drinks, cold or hot, and as an ingredient in the preparation of all types of sauces, cooking dishes, cosmetics and food preparations intended for the care of people and animals. It goes well with salad dressings, especially green leaf salads, and with light dairy products: fresh cheeses, yogurt, infusions, and fruit salads. Highly recommended for use with desalinated cod, fried, and dishes cooked with lamb meat. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
