The convex shape magnifies the rear vision image slightly improving image clarity. The mounting arm gives 300mm (1 ft) of clearance from the side of your car/RV. The arm itself has strong neoprene rubber and heavy duty plastic clip hardware to attach to your existing external rear-vision apparatus. The mounting straps minimise the view loss from your standard apparatus. A thoughtful safety lanyard is also supplied.
