Description

Muria's high mountain honey is a product made on the montane floor of the mountains of Catalonia and the Iberian Peninsula. It occurs in the summer. This honey is amber to dark amber in color and has a floral aroma (sometimes with fruity and humus notes). It is recommended alone or dissolved in hot or cold drinks and as an ingredient in the preparation of all kinds of sauces, cooking dishes, cosmetics and food preparations for the care of people and animals. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
