Thanks to the presence of mucilages, lime blossom helps to reduce nasal secretions and relieve congestion. Expectorant, it is also effective to soothe the throat and calm the cough. The infusion of linden flowers is one of the most used remedies to combat nerves. It acts as a very effective sedative to calm nervous palpitations, anxiety and panic states and as an aid to end insomnia. It is recommended to infuse directly in hot water. Add a dessert spoonful of flowers to the water (75ºC - 80ºC). Your rest time should be 10 to 12 minutes before taking. You can take up to 4 cups a day, after main meals and before going to bed. Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature.
