Longlife's GTF Chromium is a chromium picolinate supplement useful for glucose metabolism, with high bioavailability. Chromium (Cr) is an essential trace element required by the body for normal glucose metabolism, also known as "glucose tolerance factor." Chromium deficiency in humans is observed in cases of reduced glucose tolerance, reduced lean mass, and increased fat mass. Chromium appears to be able to improve fasting blood sugar, LDL lipoprotein levels, and improve body composition. It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day with water during the meal. Use under strict medical supervision in case of diabetes. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
