This is a one-tablet-a-day formula that provides chromium, an essential nutrient that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism. Chromium tends to be depleted from food by processing and refining, and diets low in whole grains can give inadequate levels of this important trace mineral. We use an organic form of chromium called "chromium picolinate" to help ensure maximum absorption and utilization. Each tablet supplies a total of 200µg of chromium and is manufactured under strict GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing standards. Many LAMBERTS® multi-vitamin and mineral formulas also provide 200µg of chromium a day, and one of them can be a good choice for anyone on a diet consisting primarily of highly processed foods. It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
