Flexible Pressure Graphite Packing Core and materials Inner core is graphite paper. The packing is mainly made from various reinforced graphite wires, metal wires (steel wire, copper wire, nickel wire, carbon fiber, preoxidized wire, glass yarn) and other reinforced graphite wires as raw materials. Key features and performance Strong chemical stability and long service life. Chemically inert over the full pH range of 0 to 14. Designed for services involving surface speeds and temperatures higher than those that PTFE packing can handle. Low friction coefficient with longterm rust and wear resistance. Suitable for applications in bearings, seals, and similar components. Good chemical stability at room temperature and capability to operate stably in harsh chemical environments. Use scenarios Sealing in chemical processing pumps and valves where media are aggressive and temperatures are . Bearings and seals in equipment that operates at surface speeds and elevated temperatures, where PTFE packing may not be adequate. General service in equipment exposed to harsh chemicals, requiring reliable, longlasting graphite packing.
