Granulated soy lecithin from Santiveri is a dietary supplement based on a complex of phospholipids isolated from the soybean seed, mainly phosphatidylcholine. Lecithin is a natural source of phosphorus: phosphorus contributes to maintaining normal energy metabolism and to maintaining bones and cell membranes under normal conditions. High content of unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats: replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats). Soybean lecithin IP (Identity preserved) Guaranteed traceability. *The packaging received may be slightly different from the product sheet image. It is recommended to take 1 to 3 teaspoons per day (15 g).1 teaspoon: 5 g. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
