It is recommended to take after meals. Shake before use. As this is a natural product, some sediment may form. Children 3 years and older: 1 dessert spoon (5 ml) 2 times a day. Children 3 to 7 years: 1 dessert spoon (5 ml) 3 times a day. Over 7 years: 1 tablespoon (10 ml) 3 times a day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
