Description

Organic boletus risotto ready to cook. With broth included Suitable for celiacs and lactose intolerant. All the ingredients are of high quality and are included to facilitate its preparation and guarantee an exquisite result. It is recommended to prepare in approximately 20 minutes. Heat a little olive oil in a wide, tall skillet over medium heat. Brown the contents of the packet and then mix in 15g of butter. Then add 50ml of white wine, stirring until it evaporates. Then add 850ml of hot water and allow to absorb over medium-high heat, stirring often until a creamy texture is achieved (approx. 17'). Turn off the heat and add butter and Parmesan reggiano or rawmesan (vegan option) to taste. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
