It enables successful extraction from the plug aperture and includes reamers to decarbonise the aperture after removal, helping to prevent damage when fitting new plugs. - Kit contents 3 piece tool kit for 8 mm and 10 mm glow plugs. Reamer 6xM10x1.5p for 8 mm plugs; Reamer 7.3xM12x1.75p for 10 mm and 12 mm plugs. - Material and durability Made from high quality carbon steel for strength and longevity. Special treatments improve corrosion resistance, ensuring reliable performance in varied conditions. - Reamer sizes and compatibility 6 mm Reamer x 10 mm Thread x 103 mm from Thread top to Reamer tip. 7.5 mm Reamer x 12 mm Thread x 95 mm from Thread top to Reamer tip. M10 Reamer compatible with 2.1/2.2/2.7/3.2 CDI and Smart R660 (OM611/612/613). M12 Reamer compatible with 2.0/2.2D, 2.5D/TD, 3.0D/TD (OM604/605/606). Glow Plug Extractor compatible with OM611/612/613. - Use scenarios 1) Servicing Mercedes engines with melted glow plug electrodes where removal is difficult. 2) After extraction, use the reamers to clean and decarbonise the glow plug aperture before installing a new plug. 3) Suitable for workshops performing maintenance on OM611/612/613 and OM604/605/606 engine families.
