Описание

Schale mit zwei Henkeln und Teller aus Borosilikatglas. 400 ml Fassungsvermögen. Er eignet sich besonders zum Servieren von Suppen, Consommés, Pürees, Cremes, Desserts etc. Dank seiner zwei Griffe ist es sehr einfach zu handhaben und ohne die Gefahr, sich zu verbrennen. Es kann in der Mikrowelle, im Backofen und sogar direkt auf dem Herd (außer Induktionsherde) verwendet werden. Hergestellt aus Borosilikatglas, einem absolut sicheren Material, da es nicht giftig ist. Porenfrei, neutral (geruchs- und geschmacksneutral), geeignet für Temperaturen zwischen -31 ºC und 450 ºC. Beständig gegen plötzliche Temperaturänderungen mit einer Temperaturdifferenz von 140 ºC (maximaler Temperaturschock: 150 ºC). Vollständige chemische Beständigkeit: Es gibt keine Substanz an die darin enthaltenen Lebensmittel ab, obwohl es sich um eine hohe Temperatur handelt oder saure oder alkalische Flüssigkeiten enthält. Daher ist Borosilikat ein Material, das in Laborutensilien verwendet wird. Für alle Feuerarten außer Induktion geeignet. Es kann in der Spülmaschine gewaschen werden.
