Germacitin (Wheat Germ & Soy Lecithin) from Abbaye de Sept-Fons is a food supplement with wheat germ and soy lecithin, rich in PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acids), phosphorus and manganese. Source of vitamin E, B1, calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper. Germacitine combines two ingredients appreciated for their richness in PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acids), in particular in linoleic acid which contributes to the maintenance of a normal level of lipids. Neutral in taste, Germacitine can be incorporated into all dishes. It is advisable to take with meals. It goes well with the most diverse dishes: yoghurts, cereals, soups, vegetables, etc.
