Guitarist Gene Segal, for this his 6th SteepleChase recording, chose the trio format for the first time augmenting his personal drive in a very basic constellation. He is joined by leading bassist Jay Anderson and hugely prolific drummer Adam Nussbaum. <p>Segal immigrated from Russia to Brooklyn, NY when he was 7 with his musical family. Young Gene was totally mesmerised by the American rock and roll culture and went on to play rock guitar growing up.
