Other interfaces behavior for this button This button has no function in other interfaces (since other pages do not display sound and vibration reminder icons, other interfaces do not have the function set by this button) Long press to turn off the screen; during the screen off process, pressing any button will light up the screen 4.1 Power off / pause button / to the main interface Long press for 2 seconds to power off/on During poweron, a short press pauses realtime data; a subsequent short press resumes realtime data Short press this button in any interface except the main interface to to the main interface function (pause or realtime reminder) Use scenarios Scenario 1: You are training and want to monitor different metrics quickly. Use the Page button to switch between Realtime, Maximum value + Average value + Total, and Bar graph views, then to the main interface with the designated button when needed. Scenario 2: In a quiet environment, you need to minimize distractions. Use the Mute/Vibration button to cycle to a lower reminder mode (or off), and longpress to turn off the screen to save power; wake the display with any button when you need it. Scenario 3: You want to pause data or power down without losing your place. Use the Power off / pause button to pause realtime data or power off; on reactivation, shortpress to resume realtime data, and use a short press on this button in nonmain interfaces to to the main interface.
