Garcinia de Sotya is a food supplement that is used in weight control diets. Its active ingredients, hydroxycitric acids (HCA), present in the skin, act by inhibiting the enzyme responsible for converting sugars into fats, mainly triglycerides and “bad” or low-density lipoproteins (LDL). In this way, garcinia slows down fat production, thereby controlling fat deposits and, by maintaining a constant blood sugar level, also controlling appetite.
