Description

Fregola, or Fregula, is a typical Sardinian specialty made from durum wheat semolina. A legacy of popular tradition, made only with Italian durum wheat, with bronze drawing and following the craftsmanship as it was once done. Thanks to the low drying temperatures, this pasta maintains a compact and elastic consistency even after cooking, remaining a "live" product and ensuring greater digestibility. A pasta that retains all the flavor of sauces and condiments, enhancing the taste of each dish, thanks to its rough and rippled surface given by the bronze drawing. Store at room temperature. Duration 18 months.
