Provides the nutrients of a complete and balanced diet. Protein source: it is made from 100% whey protein of high biological value and easy assimilation. Whey proteins help increase muscle mass. Preparation with milk: To prepare one serving, add the contents of one sachet (30g) to 200ml of cold or hot semi-skimmed milk in a large glass.
