This product does not contain strong laxatives that can cause discomfort, only soluble prebiotic fibers and insoluble fibers that regulate transit. Ergyfibral is ideal to normalize a slow intestinal transit by providing more fibers in the diet. It has a beneficial action on the endogenous intestinal flora to forget intestinal problems. It is recommended to chew 1 to 2 cube(s) per day outside of meals, with a large glass of water (200 ml).
