It is used by adding water, slices of fresh fruit (lemon, orange), nuts and letting it ferment. Pour the powder into a tightly sealable 1-liter container. Add, according to your taste, 1 to 2 slices of lemon, 1 to 2 dried fruits (fig, apricot...) and 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar. Fill your container with 1 liter of water at room temperature and close it tightly. Let it ferment for 48 hours at room temperature (20-25 ° C). When the dried fruit rises to the surface, your kefir is ready. Strain the contents through a colander to remove the fruit. Fresh flavor. A slight white deposit may form at the bottom of the bottle.
